OUR COMPANY

The mission of MCG Calidad Ltda. is to provide support to customers in the Implementation, Revision, Training and Adaptation of Business Management Systems through a comprehensive, efficient and reliable consulting service which meets their requirements to increase satisfaction and create value.
The services provided by MCG Calidad Ltda., are characterized by

the efficiency and effectiveness of the nature of our work and, offer the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of our customers.

Our commitment is to add value to our customers through comprehensive consulting services to implement a Business Management System which could be one of: quality management (ISO 9001, touristic quality standards, NCh 2728 or another); environmental management (ISO 14001); occupational safety and health (Risk Prevention System, OHSAS 18001); PYME management (NCh 2909) or comprehensive management among different types of systems.

We also provide training in different topics related to quality management. This training is carried out through internal audits to evaluate the company compliance in regards to the requirements and provide a continuous improvement, or by simply conducting a follow up and maintenance of the Quality Management System (SGC) to ensure timely results. This process is conducted by a highly specialized professional team formed by Auditors who are leaders in the Certification of Management Systems.
